Vorlox Race — Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using Vorlox Race ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Vorlox Race is a futuristic arcade racing game. It lets you race single-player championships and quick races, collect and upgrade cars, compete on Game Center leaderboards and achievements, complete daily and weekly challenges, and race other players in real-time online multiplayer.
2. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple, including consumable credit and gem packs, the Vorlox Prime car, Remove Ads, and the Vorlox Pro subscription. Consumable purchases (credits and gems) are spent within the game and are non-refundable once consumed except as required by law. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies; refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
3. Vorlox Pro Subscription
Vorlox Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly. It grants 2× race credit payouts, a daily gem bonus, the exclusive Vorlox Prime car, and removes ads.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Virtual Items
Credits, gems, cars, and upgrades are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App, and may be lost if you uninstall the App or delete your local data. We may adjust game balance, pricing, and the content of the App over time.
5. Online Conduct
When playing online, you agree not to cheat, exploit, tamper with, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage in the App, and not to disrupt other players' experience. We may restrict or terminate access to online features for behaviour that harms the service or other players.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or redistribute any part of the App or its content.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its graphics, design, code, and content, is owned by Summers Logic and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All car and track names are fictional creations of the studio.
8. Apple Standard EULA
Where these Terms are silent, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. You can read it at apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
